1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of your order or service at any time before the verification process has begun.

  • To cancel, please contact us via our official communication channels. Provide your order details (such as reference number, name, and date of purchase) so we can process your request.

  • Once the verification process has started (e.g., background check has begun), cancellation is not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only for orders cancelled before the verification work begins.

  • The amount to be refunded may exclude any non-recoverable costs or administrative fees, depending on how far along the process was initiated.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once approved, refunds may take a reasonable number of business days to reflect in your account, depending on payment provider policies.

3. Process to Request Cancellation / Refund

  1. Reach Out: Email or call us with your order information.

  2. Review: We will verify whether your request qualifies (i.e., whether the verification has not yet begun).

  3. Refund Decision: If eligible, we’ll approve the refund and initiate the payment back.

  4. Confirmation: We will send a confirmation once cancellation and refund are processed.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • If the verification process has already started, no refund will be given.

  • Any requests made after the process begins are treated as non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • In the event of partial work (if we have already incurred costs), we reserve the right to deduct those costs in proportion to the work done, as determined by us.
